BIC TIP #1100: A Special Announcement and a Simple Showing Tip
Welcome to BIC TIP 1100! Thank you to everyone who has watched, commented, and supported this series. Today is a milestone moment, and instead of a traditional tip, I want to share an announcement that means a great deal to me.
I have had the privilege of teaching pre-licensing to so many incredible future brokers over the years. If I was your instructor at any point, I would love for you to comment and check in. Seeing students grow into successful professionals has always been the most rewarding part of this journey.
Recently, I taught a fantastic in-person pre-license class. Stacey, Deb, Susan, Natallia, and Jason all passed their exam on the first attempt, and I could not be more proud. I filmed the entire course, and after months of work, that footage has now become my first ever self-paced, online, distance pre-license program, available to anyone at NCCrewAcademy.com.
This has been a major undertaking and something I am extremely excited to offer. If you know someone who has been thinking about getting their real estate license, this holiday season is a perfect time to help them change their life with a new career opportunity.
It is a BIC TIP post so I still want to leave you with a quick real estate tip: when showing a property, always leave the key in the door. It prevents you from accidentally putting it in your pocket or misplacing it during the showing. I show houses too, and I have been there more than once!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving week. I will see you back here on Monday, December 1, for a brand-new set of BIC Tips.
