Stephen Long
Broker-in-charge, educator, and the voice behind The Notorious BIC.
Stephen Long began his real estate career with Keller Williams in 2005 as a buyer’s agent. From there he moved into team leadership and business development roles, became a Keller Williams Market Center investor, and today serves as broker-in-charge at Keller Williams Realty Elite in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Service to the Profession
Stephen has served the real estate profession through the REALTOR® associations. He was President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®, NC REALTORS® Regional Vice President and State Director, and a founding member of his state and local Young Professionals Network (YPN) groups.
Education and Training
An educator at heart, Stephen co-founded Crew Academy of Real Estate (C.A.R.E.), where he teaches pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses. He also co-founded a contract-to-close service and a homebuilding company.
The Notorious BIC grew out of that same mission: daily, practical tips that make North Carolina real estate rules easier to understand and apply. Today Stephen offers coaching, training, education, and consultations for brokers, teams, and firms. See services.
Beyond the Business
An Eagle Scout, Stephen is a proud husband and father, an avid fisherman, and a lifelong entrepreneur.
