If you post it, it is probably advertising. “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” posts are considered advertisements and must include your firm name (and number if a PB) and comply with all NCREC advertising rules. Even on a personal account, you are still a licensed real estate professional. Social media can build your brand, but it can also violate compliance. Every post should be clear, compliant, and professional. Your license does not turn off when you log into social media. Post with purpose, follow the rules, and protect your professional integrity.
